  • Click on Events in the main menu

  • Click on the SETTINGS button of the event you are going to edit

  • Click on MAILINGMOMENTS in the additional menu

  • Add a date here

  • Do not forget to save

At this time the customer will receive a reminder mail containing the e-ticket. Send this mail for example a day before the event so that everyone has the mail at the top of their inbox when they try to look for it.
