Click on TICKETS in the left hand main menu.

A sub-button called CATEGORIES will now appear under that button click on it now.

Click on the category you want to link the tickets to.

Click on the gray button BUILD TICKET

Select the tickets in the dropdown.

The tickets will appear in the order they were created
