All about ticket revenue payouts

Payouts

We process ticket revenue payouts on the first Tuesday after the event. It may take up to 2 business days for the transfer to appear in your account.

Archive

Once your event has been processed for the payout you will find it in the archive.

Payment specification

In the monitor screen of your event, you can download a payment specification for your own administration. When your event is administratively completed you will find it in the archive.

Interim payment

If you want an interim payment you can request this by sending a request via messenger in the system.


Payment details

Don't forget to provide your payment details through your organization's settings. Without the payment details, we cannot process the payment.

Note: There is an automatic check on the VAT number field. If you are unable to enter your VAT number it can be due to a number of reasons.

  • Please note that the numbers must be entered without dots or spaces.

  • You are using an old VAT number instead of the new VAT identification number.

  • The VAT number is not entered completely. For example, the country code such as NL or BE is missing.

  • the VAT number is not valid for transactions between different EU countries.

  • the registration is not yet complete. Some EU countries require a separate registration for transactions between different EU countries.

  • Changes are not always immediately entered into the national database and therefore are not found
