Click on TICKETS in the main menu on the left.

A sub-button TEMPLATES will now appear under that button click on it now.

Select the template you want to edit and click on OPEN

You can now edit the template and click on the orange SAVE button in the upper right corner when you are done

Now choose the orange CURRENT TEMPLATE button
