Click on TICKETS in the left hand main menu.

Right click on the GEAR icon of the ticket where you want to turn the ON FIRE symbol on or off

Click on EXTRA'S

Turn the ON FIRE symbol of the ticket on or off and click on the orange button SAVE to save
