Attach or change event and date to a ticket

Click on TICKETS in the left main menu

Right click on the GEAR icon of the ticket you want to link or change the event/date to

Click on EVENING and DATE

Click on the DROPDOWN and choose an event and date

Click on the orange button SAVE to save
