Changing the availability of a ticket

  • With the availability settings, you specify when a ticket is available in the sales channel.

  • Click on TICKETS in the left-hand main menu.

  • Right click on the GEAR icon of the ticket you want to modify.

  • On the left, click on the AVAILABILITY heading.

  • Fill in a START DATE and END DATE and click on SAVE AVAILABILITY to save.
