Linking templates to your ticket

Click on TICKETS in the left main menu

Right click on the TICKET icon of the ticket you want to link the ticket template to

Click on NAME, PRICE and TEMPLATE.

Change the ticket's template in the dropdown and click the orange SAVE button to save
