Change the ticket's template in the dropdown and click the orange SAVE button to save

- Click on TICKETS in the left main menu
- Right click on the TICKET icon of the ticket you want to link the ticket template to
- Click on NAME, PRICE and TEMPLATE.
- Change the ticket's template in the dropdown and click the orange SAVE button to save
