Invalidating ticket(s) without refunding

The system offers the option to invalidate a ticket in the order overview. You can choose to invalidate the entire order or just a single ticket, without refunding the ticket to the visitor.

Invalidating the complete order

To invalidate the entire order, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the order overview.

  2. Find the order by name, email address, or order ID.

  3. Open the order by clicking on the order ID.

  4. On the right-hand side, you will find the button 'Invalidate Tickets'.

  5. Confirm by clicking 'Invalidate'.

Invalidating a single ticket within an order

To invalidate a single ticket, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the order overview.

  2. Find the order by name, email address, or order ID.

  3. Open the order by clicking on the order ID.

  4. At the bottom of the tickets section, you will find an action menu.

  5. Click 'Invalidate' in the action menu, as shown in the image below.
