Customize existing ticket template

  • Click on TICKETS in the main menu on the left.

  • A sub-button TEMPLATES appears under that button now click on it

  • Choose the template you want to adjust and click on OPEN

  • You can now make changes and click on the orange SAVE button at the top right when you are finished

  • Fill in a name and save as a new template or overwrite the current template
