Click on TICKETS in the main menu on the left.

A sub button TEMPLATES will appear under that button click on it now

Click on the orange NEW TEMPLATE button on the top right

Fill in the name of your new template

Then click on MOBILE format or A4 format

Click on the green FINISH button

You are now in our template-editor and can create a new template.
