This article will show you how to take service fees into your own account for all or specific events in your organization.
Taking over service costs for all events in your organization
Click on the cog in the lower left corner and open: 'Organization settings'.
Click on the orange button at the top right: (Customize your organization name)
Go to Service costs
Activate Take agreed costs for own account by ticking it.
Note: You are going to take the agreed service costs for your own account. These will be charged or settled afterwards. Any kickback service costs you may have set will be cancelled.
Click on adjust.
