How does the reseller feature work

The reseller feature is used to sell tickets on location. You give someone the ability to sell tickets to visitors for your event. For example selling tickets at the reception of your club or the local pub.

How can I get a reseller to sell tickets for my event?

The reseller gets his own page to make orders for visitors. The reseller can login to this page through an invitation email that you send out from the system. Here the reseller selects which tickets the client wants and fills in the client information. You decide which events and tickets a reseller can sell by linking them.

For the organization:

For the reseller:

How can a visitor pay

A visitor can pay via a payment link sent by the reseller. If the visitor pays the reseller directly, the reseller will set the order to 'paid in cash' in the system.

Payment link:

The reseller can send a visitor a payment link when creating the order. This will be sent by email. When the payment is successfully completed the visitor will receive a confirmation email with tickets. Payment can be made via iDeal, Bancontact, Credit Card, Apple Pay and Paypal. The transaction costs and fee of your organization apply. The reseller revenue is included in the monitor screen of your event and tickets. This revenue is paid to you when we pay out your event.

Cash:

It is possible to create the order on 'cash' paid when the visitor pays directly to the reseller. The confirmation email with tickets will then be sent immediately.

What did my reseller sell?

As an organizer you can see what the reseller has sold in the monitor screen. You can also see how much cash was paid to the reseller in order to send an invoice, for example.

Service costs on reseller orders

For orders through a reseller the service costs per ticket of your organization or event apply. Cash paid reseller orders are also subject to this service fee per ticket. This service fee will be deducted from the payment of your event.
