Your tickets in the right order

It is possible to determine the order of your tickets as visitors see them during ordering. You can also divide your tickets into categories to create a better overview. For example, the days of your event or members and non-members tickets.

Media and information

The image, video and information visible to visitors is retrieved from your event settings. You can customize these by editing your event settings.

Do you have multiple events linked to your sales channel? Then you can add a generic banner to the overview page through your sales channel settings.

Legal documents

You can display your own general terms and conditions and privacy statement in the sales process. Ticket buyers are then required to agree to these before they can order a ticket. You first need to upload the files through the organization settings. Later you can link them to an event.
