You have an event scheduled and tickets sold but need to cancel or reschedule. You have the option to refund individual orders or have us refinance the entire event. You can also change the date(s) of your event if you want to move it.
Move event
It is possible to change the date of your event in the system. All purchases are then automatically valid on the new date and can therefore also be scanned. Has the date of your event already expired? Please contact us via the chat. Please mention the name and the desired date of your event.
Refund some orders
As an administrator of an organization you can refund single orders.
Refund the entire event
If you want to refund all visitors we can do this for you. Please contact us via the chat. Please mention the name and date of your event.
Please note: make sure you are logged in with the account that was used to create the organization in the system as it is registered as the owner.
