You can refund the purchase price of the complete order to the visitor. This is possible up to 2 days after the end of your event. It is not possible to refund single tickets within an order.

With this action all tickets of the order will be cancelled and are then no longer valid at the entrance. The amount will be refunded without Eventgoose and kickback service costs. The visitor will receive the payment on the account with which the order was paid.

The costs for a refund are € 0,25 (excl VAT) per ticket. These will be charged to the organization afterwards.

Event is already over

Please contact support if you want to refund orders from an event that has already ended. You can contact us through the chat in the system.

Refund status and details

An order will get the refund status in the order overview when the refund has been successfully processed. When you click on the order ID you will find the details of the refund such as the date and amount.

  • Search for an order in the order summary

  • Instructions for refunding an order:

  • Click on ORDER OVERVIEW in the main menu on the left.

  • Search for the order by name, email or Order ID

  • Open the order by clicking on the order ID

  • Click Refund in the right menu

  • Enter a reason for refund and click REFUND

Refund the complete event

If you want to refund all attendees, we can do this for you. Please contact our ticketing experts via the chat in the system. Please mention the name and date of your event.

Please note: make sure you are logged in with the account that was used to create the organization in the system as it is registered as the owner.
