Introduction about tickets
Updated over a week ago

A ticket is an authorization to enter your event. Each ticket has a unique QR code so you can check at the entrance whether a ticket is valid. This check is done with the Eventgoose scanning software by scanning the QR code on the tickets.

Which tickets you sell and what the settings are are you decide yourself in the system. To start selling, you need at least one ticket. You determine the settings of your ticket such as name, price and maximum number of tickets to be sold (capacity).

You can also sell multiple tickets for the same event. Think for example of a regular and a VIP ticket or a youth and an adult ticket. The price and capacity are then different. See here an example of the 'Mudrun' ticket sales with different tickets: mudrun.eventgoose.com

The tickets are immediately downloadable for visitors after purchase. In addition, a confirmation email of the order including tickets is sent to the visitor's email address. The system generates the tickets with a standard design. It is also possible to customize this design by creating templates yourself.
