Opening the scanning environment of your Eventgoose app can be easily done and is completed in a few steps. From 7 days before your event, the scanning environment is ready for you to open.

Instructions
Click on the event for which you want to open the scanning environment in your event overview.
Click on scanning environment.
Select the day of the event you want to scan.
Choose which tickets you want to scan by toggling them on or off.
You are now ready to scan. The app uses the camera of your smartphone to check the validity of tickets and automatically recognizes a QR code on tickets.
