Access control checklist
Download the Eventgoose App on your smartphone.
From 7 days before your event, the scan environment will be ready for you to access.
Send yourself a guest list ticket from the system and scan it as a test. This way, you will have gone through the entire scanning process once during a quiet moment.
Open the scan environment in the Eventgoose app one hour before the event and ensure that there is an internet connection so that the latest sales can be synchronized as well.

Deploy a troubleshooter
It can be useful to deploy a second employee as a troubleshooter. This person can assist visitors who are unable to scan their tickets, for example, because they have forgotten their ticket. This way, the scanning employee can continue scanning tickets without any delays at the entrance. The second employee can use a second mobile device or tablet to perform the necessary actions.
Note: Make sure the troubleshooter is an administrator of your organization in Eventgoose, so they have full rights in the scanning environment of the Eventgoose app.
Multiple access control points
If you anticipate high traffic, it is also possible to set up multiple access control points. With the "Manage Scanners" feature, you can allow employees with smartphones to assist with scanning. The data is anonymized and not visible to these scanners.
