As an admin, you have real-time insight into the scan statistics. As an additional scanner, you do not have this access. Here you can easily follow the progress of access control. You can see how many visitors you can still expect and how many tickets have already been scanned. You can view the scan statistics both during and after the event.

There are five steps required to access the statistics of an event:

Step 1 Click on the event for which you want to view the statistics.

Step 2 Click on "scan environment".

Step 3 Select the day and tickets for which you want to see the statistics.

Step 4 Click on the three vertical lines at the bottom right.

Step 5 Click on "statistics".
