If you want to see additional ticket details while scanning, you can activate this feature through the settings in your scanning environment. For example, if you want to see the name of the ticket you have scanned.
Step 1 Once you have opened the scanning environment, go to the menu at the bottom right.
Step 2 Click on "Settings."
Step 3 Click on "Scan Settings."
Step 4 Click on the "Display Ticket Details" button.
