Our handy search function allows you to manually search for and scan tickets and orders. For example, when visitors at the entrance do not have their tickets with them. In addition, you can view the scan details for each ticket. The search function works both online and offline.
When you have opened the scanning environment, go to the menu at the bottom right.
Click on manual scanning.
Search for an order or ticket by searching by name, email, barcode, or order ID.
Tap on the result to open it.
Tap on a ticket to view details and manually check it in or out.
