Click on TICKETS in the main menu on the left.

A sub-button TEMPLATES will now appear under that button click on it now.

Choose the template you want to remove an image from.

In the upper right corner of the editor menu click on the IMAGE icon and hover your mouse over the image you want to delete, a RED TRASHCAN box will now appear. Click on it to delete.
