A visitor can buy tickets online until the end of your event, after which the sale closes automatically. You can also set a start and end date in advance within which your tickets are available to visitors. You can also manually stop the sale of an entire event or specific tickets of an event.
Stop sales manually
If you want to stop the sale immediately you have several options.
1. Adjust availability
You can set the availability of the sales channel to the past. The sale is then terminated for all events and tickets that are linked to the sales channel.If you want to remove a specific ticket from the sale then adjust the availability of that ticket.
2. Disconnect
When you unlink an event from your sales channel, your event and tickets are no longer visible to visitors. You can also unlink some tickets if you want to remove specific tickets from sale.

Do you have multiple tickets that can be sold on different start and end dates? Then you can specify this availability per ticket. You configure the date and time from and until when your ticket is available to visitors in the sales channel.
When you pre-set the availability of the sales channel, all events and tickets that are linked are available to visitors within that period.
