What are the ticket settings
Updated over a week ago

You can change the settings of a ticket after you have created it, for example the name, ticket templates, fields and questions. In this article you will find all ticket settings in a row.

Name, price and template

Name & price:

The name and price of a ticket are visible to visitors in the sales channel. The price that you set here does not include service costs, which the system automatically charges to visitors during the ordering process.

Template:

Here you select which templates the system uses for your ticket. By default, the Eventgoose template is linked. If you create your own templates you can select these as well. For each ticket, a mobile and A4 template can be selected. It is possible to use a different template for each ticket.

Event and date

Here you can select the event and date for which the ticket is valid.

This setting indicates when a ticket is available for sale. Here you configure the date and time from and to when your ticket is available for visitors in the sales channel.

Tip: if you want your entire event and all tickets to be available within a certain period of time, you can also set the availability of your sales channel.

Capacity

Enter the total number of tickets that can be sold for this event.

If you use an advanced event you do not need to fill in a capacity, the system will look at the daily capacity or capacity of the time slot. If you do fill in a capacity, then this is the maximum number of tickets available for the entire sale, regardless of the daily capacity or capacity of the time slot.

Minimum and maximum purchase

This setting represents the minimum or maximum number of tickets that can be selected by visitors per order in the sales channel.

Fields / Questions

Configure the fields that can be asked of ticket buyers while ordering a ticket through this module.

Excluded tickets

It is possible to exclude certain ticket combinations for visitors during an order.

For example: when you order a Saturday ticket you cannot order it in combination with a Sunday ticket during the same order.

API Tags

API tags can be used by organizations that sell through our API. Add new tags by typing them into the field or select the appropriate existing tags.
