You make your event and tickets available online on your sales channel for visitors by linking them to the sales channel.
When you create an event and/or tickets, the system asks if you want to link them to a sales channel. If you don't have a sales channel yet you will be given the option to create a new sales channel. Once your event and tickets are linked, anyone who has the link can visit your sales channel.
You choose which events and tickets you make available on the sales channel. You can also change the order of the tickets in the sales channel or put the tickets in categories.
Instruction:
Link with multiple sales channels
If you want to make the tickets of your event available through multiple sales channels you can link them to different sales channels.
Examples:
- You are going to offer VIP tickets through a separate sales channel that you share only with VIPs.
- Members can buy tickets at a reduced rate. You make these available to members via a separate sales channel.
Tip: You can also protect a sales channel with unique access codes.

Offer multiple events through the same sales channel
Do you have multiple events for sale at the same time? Then you can offer them through the same sales channel. This will initially take the visitor to a web page with an overview of your events.

Tickets on sale or inactive
A ticket can have two statuses in the system, namely inactive or on sale. When a ticket is in sales, it is linked to a sales channel and available for visitors on that sales channel. When a ticket is on inactive then it is not yet for sale to visitor, this can have several causes.
