The guest list feature allows you to send visitors free tickets to your event. You do this to invite important guests, for example. In addition, you can send a csv with QR codes.
Sending tickets
The invitation is sent to the e-mail address you entered and has to be accepted by the invitee. He or she will receive an invitation e-mail which will lead them to the sales channel. In the sales channel the invitee can select tickets and possibly a date with a time slot and then finalize the order without paying. Which tickets can be selected and which days are available is determined when you send the invitation. When you send an invitation the capacity is already reserved. Tickets sent via the guest list can also be scanned with the scanning software on the day they are valid.
Tip: you can create a separate ticket for invitee's that you call guest list to clearly separate them from the regular sales.
